Antelope Valley – Advance on Pay Bonus: $300,000 plus $350,000 retention bonus

Kern County – Advance on Pay Bonus: $350,000 plus $600,000 retention bonus

Riverside and San Bernardino County – Advance on Pay Bonus: $100,000 plus $49,000 retention bonus

All other locations – Advance on Pay Bonus: $50,000 plus $49,000 retention bonus

Candidates must be BC/BE in Gastroenterology with additional training in Advanced Endoscopy and/or experience in EUS and ERCP.

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $433,775.00 - $537,135.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $52,440.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
