- Single specialty independent Gastroenterology practice, working at one hospital
- Production based practice that shares equal call
- Professional service agreement with the hospital to provide coverage and teaching on a GI consult service for family medicine and internal medicine residency programs
- Partners in 2 ASC's that are joint ventures with the hospital system
- In-house pathology with GI trained pathologists
- Robust research division with 4 study coordinators
- Anesthesia services with CRNA's
- Competetive offer with opportunity for equal partnership in one to two years
