About Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI)

Catholic Health:

The only health system on Long Island shaped by the spirit of Long Island

Keeping Long Islanders healthy has been Catholic Health’s calling since welcoming its first patients more than a century ago. As Long Island’s only faith-based health care system, Catholic Health has a unique approach. We see our patients as individuals, not statistics. Thus we always place the patient at the center of everything we do. We’re committed to providing the most innovative medical and surgical treatments at the highest level of quality and safety. Yet we never neglect the patient’s spiritual equilibrium and innate human dignity.

Catholic Health is an integrated health care system comprised of six acute care hospitals, 20 Ambulatory Care outpatients sites, 4 Cancer Institute locations, 14 outpatient rehab facilities, an island-wide Home Care service and Hospice. Our physician network, Catholic Health Physician Partners, is made up of close to 3,000 providers.

With over $3 billion in annual revenue and more than 17,000 employees, Catholic Health is one of the largest employers on Long Island

We deliver an exceptional patient experience, marked by complete attention to each patient’s unique needs.
